Scifi Sugar PieMy Boyfriend has this laptop, it is not used very much and due to manufaturer problems with the motherboard over heating it cracked and the charger adapter does not stay in properly and does not charge the laptop. this is a known problem to dell and it is a common issue and they are trying to charge him over $400 to fix it. We both think that is ridiculous and that they should fix the problem. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will never go through Dell again and we do not recomend Dell to anyone.
